3. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments must be booked in advance.A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in British pounds and include VAT where applicable.Full payment is required at the time of service, following the initial deposit.Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Treatment Suitability

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client upon consultation.Clients must disclose relevant medical history and current health conditions.

6. Liability

Mandy Rose Cosmetics will not be liable for any adverse reactions or complications from treatments provided that proper procedure and care were followed. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions.
